My Story

I spent 8+ years in IT and data operations at a Higher Education Institute. Working that close to the world of learning is what drew me naturally into online courses and communities.

Building course structures, thinking through how programs run, making sure students feel supported. It all came intuitively. It still does.

My IT background means picking up new tools has never been a problem. I genuinely enjoy exploring what is new in tech and AI, and I bring that curiosity to every client I work with as a way to spot new opportunities for their business.

I have managed multi-track programs, coordinated international teams, built systems from scratch, and kept operations running smoothly across multiple clients and time zones. Most of that work happens from a cafe with a strong coffee in hand.

I had the pleasure of working with Cindy during her time at ReturnX, where she managed our Program Coordinator & Community initiatives. From day one, Cindy showed an incredible ability to keeping programs running smoothly while making sure every participant felt genuinely supported. She’s highly organized, detail-oriented, and quick to anticipate what’s needed before anyone even asks.
