What's the difference between Project-Based Setup and Retainer-Based Support?
Project-Based Setup is a one-time engagement. You come in with a specific goal, a funnel to build, a course to set up, an automation to configure, and I handle the full tech setup from start to finish.
Retainer-Based Support is ongoing. I become your reliable backend person every month, keeping your community active, your emails going out, your platform updated, and your operations running smoothly.
Do you work with clients outside of Indonesia?
Yes. I work fully remotely and most of my clients are based in Europe, Australia, and other parts of the world. Timezone differences have never been a barrier.
How much does it cost?
My pricing depends on the scope and complexity of the work. Project-Based Setup is charged at a fixed rate per project and Retainer-Based Support is charged at a fixed monthly rate. Pricing is discussed on our discovery call once I understand what your business needs. There are no surprise fees everything is agreed on and outlined before we start.

How do you help with launch management?
When you are launching a course, program, or product, I handle the technical and operational side so you can focus on showing up for your audience. That includes setting up landing pages, email sequences, checkout pages, automations, and making sure everything is connected and tested before you go live.
Can I start with a project and move to a retainer later?
Absolutely. A lot of clients start with a project to get their tech set up properly, and then move into a retainer once they see the value of having consistent backend support. We can discuss that transition whenever you feel ready.
How do we get started?
Book a free discovery call through this website. We will talk about your business, what you need help with, and which service fits best. From there I will send you a proposal and we go from there.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the scope. A simple funnel setup can take a few days. A full course and community build with automations can take one to two weeks. Timelines are agreed on before we start so you know exactly when to expect delivery.
What are your working hours?
I am based in Jakarta, Indonesia (GMT+7) and work with clients across Europe, Australia, and worldwide. I am flexible with communication across time zones and will always make sure we find a rhythm that works for both of us.
How do payments work?
Payment is made upfront or as outlined in our agreed payment schedule. I accept direct bank transfer, PayPal, and Payoneer. Once we confirm the scope of work I will send you an invoice with the payment details.
